Catherine Suen holds an MSc in Training & HRM (UK) and is the Principal Consultant and the Behavior Modification Specialist
of ACS Consultants International Pte Ltd. She has been in Training and Performance Consultancy for more than 15 years with
both the public and private sectors and has authored the book Oops! Her specialized areas include Motivation,
Out-of-Parameters (Oops!) Thinking, Conflict Management, Communication Skills, Motivation, Team Building, Small Group Dynamics, Glowing in the Job, QC/ WIT related and other Team-related programs.
She has been specializing in Behavior Modification for more than 20 years and has authored the program-FAM21: the WINNING COMBINATION (includes Balancing Life & Work, “Cloud Nine” Relationship,
Real World Parenting and Winning-A-Home).
She is well-loved by her clients for her passion in human resource/family development and is often commended for her
enthusiasm, conviction and in-depth knowledge and experience in mindset shifting for breakthroughs in the Corporate market
as well as in families.
Happily married to Anthony for 24 years, they are the proud parents of four lovely children, Jonathan (20 years old),
Tabitha (18 years old), Naomi (17 years old) and Nathanael (15 years old). They have been officially appointed as
Singapore FamilyLife Ambassadors by the Minister of Community Development & Sports in October 2000 and are committed to
help build/strengthen Singapore families. The family was featured over TCS 8 and TCS 5 last year at the My Home Series;
and over Channel News Asia this year. The Straits Times also interviewed them for MCDS National Family Week 2000 Advertorial.
Together they co-lead many family–related training/ activities and also set up School Family Education Centers for MCYS to
bring family life education to every Singaporean.
